A New Pathway to College or
Professional Training Leading to a Professional Dance Career

Students at The Chicago Ballet Center
Monday – Friday 1:00 to 4:00 pm.

After 4 years on this program, dancers will have a rigorous studio and academic education that will include:

Ballet Technique
Ballet Teacher Training
Men’s Technique
Dance History
Musical Theater
Injury Prevention
Rigorous Physical Conditioning

Potential weekly schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

1:00 – 1:45 Rotating schedule to include: body conditioning, yoga, cross training
1:45 – 3:30 Ballet Class (appropriate levels)
3:40 – 4:40 Rotating schedule of dance classes to include: Pointe, Men’s Class, Partnering, Classical repertory, injury prevention, nutrition
4:45 – 5:00 Wrap up, updates, announcements


1:00 – 1:45 Ballet barre using nontraditional music. All levels combined
1:45 – 2:45 6 weeks exploratory dance sessions: Flamenco, Musical Theater, Jazz, Modern
2:55 – 4:45 Academic and technical theater classes to include: marketing, advertising, accounting, stage management, lighting design, set design, financial responsibility, tutoring and mentoring
4:45 – 5:00 Wrap up, updates, announcements

The Chicago Ballet Center – 4041 N Milwaukee, 4th Floor

Three ballet studios, 5000 square foot space with study area, dressing rooms. Comfortably accommodate 60 dancers.​​​​​​​
